l. HOW TO WIN - There is one new prize offered each week. Each week starts at Monday 12:00 AM EST. and ends the following Sunday at 11:59 PM EST. To win find the link on the homepage of the Site that leads to the prize redemption form. A computer will randomly select the winning link. Each time the winning link is found it will randomly be relocated to another spot. It may select any of the advertiser's ads or any of the shaded spots on the homepage grid. Once you find the prize you will be brought to the prize redemption form. To claim the prize of the week the prize redemption form must be completely and correctly filled out. If more than one person finds the prize in the same week there will be a random drawing to determine a winner. The winner has to agree to have their first name, last name and state of residence posted on the website. You will NOT be asked to buy or join anything to receive the prize.
2. ELIGILBILITY - To participate you must agree to abide by the terms of the rules set forth in this document. These rules and conditions may be modified at any time. The winner must certify to be a legal US resident and 18 years of age to fill out the prize redemption form. If the winner is under the age of 18, a parent must be responsible to fill out the prize redemption form. All information appearing on the prize redemption form must be correct. No family members, employees or friends of WheresThePrize.com are eligible to win a prize. This prize giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.
3. HOW THE WINNER IS DETERMINED - If there is only one user who finds the prize, completes the prize redemption form and meets the eligibility requirements, that person will be determined the winner. If there is more that one user that finds the prize and completes the prize redemption form, the winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible persons that week. The chance of winning the weekly prize depends on the number of hits to the winning link containing the weekly prize by an eligible person (contestant). The judgment decision for the weekly winner will be at my sole discretion and shall be final and binding. The winner and the prize will be confirmed and notified by e-mail within 48 hours after the end of the week (Sunday at 11:59PM.)
4. PRIZE SHIPMENT – Once you have meet the eligibility requirements I will award your prize and ship it to the valid mailing address you provided. We are not responsible for incorrect information such as an address if it is not correctly filled out by the prize winner. Sorry, but we are unable to ship to a P.O. box. I will pay the cost of shipping the prize to you if you live within the 48 states of the continental United States. If the prize is to be shipped outside of the 48 states of the continental United States, a quote will be supplied to you and you will be responsible for the cost of shipping. Your prize will not be shipped until you have paid the shipping costs. You will be billed the shipping cost by email. Please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. I reserve the right to pass on shipping and processing fees to you following repeated unsuccessful attempts to deliver your prize. In the event that your prize arrives damaged or inoperable contact us . If you send your prize back, you will be responsible for the shipping charges. I do not warranty, guarantee or insure the quality of any prize. Please see applicable manufacturers warranty as all prizes are shipped to you new and unopened. You are responsible for any Federal, State and local taxes or fees associated with your prize receipt or use.
5. ADDITIONAL TERMS. – Not responsible if for some unforeseen reason, such as server crash or other technical computer problems that might occur in which your prize redemption form is not received in time for the weekly random drawing. Once the prize is found, the prize redemption form must be filled out immediately following. We are not responsible if the window is closed or lost causing you to not be able to fill out the form.
Only one [1] submission per household address will be accepted per week. Repeat entries will be disqualified.
Anyone determined to have found the prize by "cheating" that is, any other method of finding the prize besides clicking the links on the home page, will not be eligible to win the prize.
Not responsible for any loss or damage of any kind due to participation in WHERE’S THE PRIZE giveaway. This includes accessing the links and/or the prize itself.
